Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 23, 2026

What Lumetry collects, how we use it (including Google user data under Limited Use), and the controls you have. Written so you can actually read it.

01Introduction

Lumetry values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our website, applications, and related services (the “Services”).

Lumetry is an online-marketing analyzer: it connects to marketing data sources you authorize, produces verified insights and recommendations, and helps agencies and brands monitor performance. It is not an advertising network and does not sell ads.

02Personal information

We may collect identifiable details such as your name, work email, company name, role, phone number (if you provide one), and billing information when you register, subscribe, book a demo, contact support, or otherwise interact with Lumetry.

When you invite teammates, we also process their name and email as needed to create workspace memberships.

03Non-personal information

We may collect technical data such as browser type, operating system, device information, IP address, approximate region, referral URLs, and connection details to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

We also collect product usage signals (pages viewed, features used, errors, and performance metrics) so we can keep the product reliable.

04Cookies

Lumetry uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the product, remember preferences (such as theme), and understand which features help. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function properly.

We do not run third-party advertising cookies on lumetry.ai.

05Use of data

Lumetry uses collected data solely to operate, maintain, and improve our Services.

Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Provide and enhance core functionality (workspaces, dashboards, Lumetry, artifacts, delivery)
  • Connect and sync data sources you authorize, and show evidence-backed insights
  • Communicate updates, support responses, and security information
  • Analyze system performance, reliability, and abuse prevention
  • Process billing where you have a paid plan

Lumetry does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated purposes.

We strictly follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

06Google user data

If you connect a Google account (for example Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, or other Google services you choose to link), Lumetry may access limited data only with your explicit consent to enable core app functionality such as analytics, reporting, verification, and account linking.

  • We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties except to subprocessors that help us deliver the Services under contracts that restrict their use of the data
  • We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing app functionality visible in Lumetry
  • We never use Google user data for marketing, ad targeting, or training generalized AI / ML models
  • You may revoke access at any time through Integrations in Lumetry or your Google Account permissions

Upon revocation or a verified deletion request, associated Google user data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we must retain minimal records to meet legal obligations.

07Other connected sources

When you connect non-Google sources (for example Meta, LinkedIn, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools), authorization happens through that provider’s own consent flow. You approve what Lumetry can see, and you can revoke access at any time in Lumetry or the provider’s settings.

We request read-only scopes wherever the provider offers them. Credentials are stored encrypted, isolated per workspace, and used only to fetch data for your account. Disconnecting a source revokes our access and deletes related cached data within 30 days.

08AI and analytics data

Lumetry may use large language models to explain verified results, draft briefs, and help you interpret metrics. Model prompts are built from your workspace context and the provider data you have authorized.

We may use aggregated or anonymized non-Google data to improve product performance and AI-driven insights. This process never uses Google user data to train generalized models, and it never sells your client data to other customers.

Figures shown in the product are intended to bind to provider results or deterministic calculations; when data is sample, partial, or insufficient, we disclose that in the product rather than inventing numbers.

09Data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@lumetry.ai with the subject “Request Data Deletion,” from the address on your account.

If you revoke Google access, we delete related Google data from our systems on the schedule above. Closing your Lumetry account triggers deletion of workspace data per this policy, subject to legally required retention (for example billing records).

10Security

Lumetry employs encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation (including database row-level security), and operational monitoring to safeguard your data. However, no security method is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay where required by law.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@lumetry.ai from the address on your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at lumetry.ai/privacy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.

13Contact us

If you have questions or privacy concerns, contact us at privacy@lumetry.ai. For legal notices, email legal@lumetry.ai.
